Mind-Body Practices to Manage Illness and Other Changes

We have an understanding that the mind can impact the body and that the body can impact the mind.  We can learn to developing the ability to harness our own potential for healing.  Even if the influence is nothing more than placebo — we acknowledge that placebo is a powerful tool. It has been reported that the placebo response can be as high as 30% for some conditions.

That are multiple modalities that harness the placebo response: medition, prayer, imagery, affirmation, journaling, inspirational reading, forgiveness, connecting with nature, gratitude, service to others are tools for transformation and healing.
