Do you truly believe in the power of attraction? The belief states that you attract what you focus on. since we attract what we give our focus to – we attract both what we want, and what we don’t want. What do you focus your attention on? Are you a vibrational match for what you want? Or, do you attract what you don’t want?
The Power of Attraction is simple.
DESIRE + ATTENTION = MANIFESTATION
FEAR + ATTENTION = MANIFESTATION
What is stronger, your desire or your fear? If they are equal, then they cancel each other out for “no change.” Your growth moves in the direction of whatever is stronger. It is possible to work to make desire stronger than fear. This worksheet will help you move toward your desires.
POWER OF ATTRACTION WORKSHEET
STEP I: Get specific about your desire.
Write a statement about what you want. Make it short, simple and specific. State it as if it has already occurred. Write a statement that you are comfortable with and know is possible.
STEP II: What do you feel when this has happened?
Write down any feelings such as: empowerment, gratitude, joy, connection, appreciation, strength or others that you will feel when your desire is fulfilled.
STEP III: The Manifestation
What does the manifestation of this desire do for those around you? Write down what it does for you, the people around you and anyone connected to this desire.
MANIFESTATION OCCURS WHEN YOU FEEL THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE WHAT YOU WANT.
